Sunchaser Vacation Villas also qualified in 2023 as an Interval International Premier Resort. This distinction identifies our resort property as exceeding Interval’s high affiliation standards and delivering outstanding vacation experiences.
You must prepay your yearly maintenance fee when you wish to deposit your week(s) with Interval International.
For example, when banking a 2024 week, prepayment of current maintenance fee amount is required for that 2024 week.
When you want to deposit a year in advance, the yearly maintenance fee must be prepaid. This fee will be based on the current year’s maintenance fee amount and when the actual yearly fees are calculated, you will be billed for any difference.
