Parking
You will be provided a parking pass upon check in, this must be displayed in your vehicle while on the property. If you require additional parking, please let front desk know upon check in and they can provide information on overflow parking.
Pets
There are strictly no pets permitted at the resort with the exception of service animals. If travelling with a service animal, please contact reservations in Calgary at 1-877-451-1250 prior to your arrival as you will be required to provide proper documentation. A cleaning fee will be charged to anyone in breach of this policy . This is strictly enforced.
Check In
As we are a cashless resort a credit card is required for check in. Please note we accept Visa or Master Card only. Guests will not be permitted to check in without presenting a valid credit card. We do not accept cash for security deposits. Minimum age for check in is 21.
Resort Fee
Effective January 1, 2023 the resort fee will be $16.50 + tax per day, per unit. This covers on site resort amenities in addition to many other seasonal recreational activities. This fee is payable upon check in. Premium crafts/activities that are either off-site or presented by outside parties are not covered by the resort fee.
RCI Incoming Owner/Guest Exchanges
Please note ALL stays less than 7 nights are subject to a housekeeping fee payable upon check in at the Resort. One-bedroom units are $70.00 plus tax and the two bedrooms are $125.00 plus tax
Main floor units
if you require a main floor unit, please contact Vacation Ownership Services prior to your check in. Please note that we have a limited number of main floor units and will do our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed. We can be reached at 1-877-451-1250 Monday thru Friday 8am until 4:30pm (closed for lunch noon till 1pm) MSDT.
